Avera Benefit Solutions

Avera Benefit Solutions provides groups of 2 or more benefit eligible employees with the flexibility to choose the benefits most important to you and to put together a package that fits your company’s needs.

A quoting model has been designed to provide employers the flexibility to choose benefits that are affordable and essential to the group. These plans allow you to select between the following options:

  • Deductibles
  • Coinsurance
  • Out-of-Pocket Maximums
  • Physician Office Visit (deductible vs. co-pay)
  • Physician Office Visit Co-pay: Primary Care/Specialist
  • Wellness Office Visit (deductible vs. co-pay)
  • Chiropractic Office Visit (deductible vs. co-pay)
  • Pharmacy Plan Variations
  • Emergency Room Coverage (deductible, co-pay, access fee)
  • Outpatient Mental Health (co-pay vs. deductible and coinsurance)

The following riders are also available:

  • Family Planning Coverage
  • Vision
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

COBRA Administration is included in the price of the package.

Health Savings Accounts - High Deductible Health Plans

Another product that is available is the High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Avera Health Plans offers the Avera HSA. The following are some highlights of this product for employers:

  • Flexibility to structure your health plan to meet your needs
